Where Art Meets Effortless Elegance

As the designer and artist behind Fashion Art by Ane, I’ve always believed that clothing should move like art—fluid, expressive, and unapologetically individual. The FABA Collection was born from that belief: wearable canvases that bring art out of the studio and into everyday life.

Lately, I’ve been exploring how our loungewear pieces—designed for comfort and creativity—can be effortlessly restyled as outerwear. There’s something captivating about taking a piece that feels like a second skin and elevating it into a statement of relaxed sophistication.

One of my current favorites is the Rust Women’s Loungewear Silk Shirt, featuring my “Rust Echoes” artwork. The deep, earthy tones feel grounded yet luminous, and the silk drapes beautifully against the skin. I love to belt it at the waist, adding structure to its effortless flow. When paired with the Rust Bauhaus Maxi Skirt, the two pieces echo each other’s tones and geometry, creating a unified, art-inspired ensemble that moves with quiet confidence.

For days when I want to express color and motion, I turn to the Big Sur Muslin Maxi Skirt. Its layered, light muslin fabric and painterly brushstrokes capture the essence of a California coastline—breezy and vibrant. I like to style it with a simple silk lounge shirt or soft knit, letting the skirt’s pattern tell its story. The look feels like wearable poetry: natural, feminine, and fluid.

That’s the heart of FABA: where art meets movement, where comfort meets expression. Each piece is designed to transition seamlessly from home to gallery, from day to night. When I design, I imagine someone wearing FABA to create, to dream, to live fully—knowing that every garment tells its own story of freedom, beauty, and individuality. And in good conscience, each garments is made to order and is part of the slow fashion sustainable movement!

Because at the end of the day, fashion isn’t just about what we wear—it’s about how we choose to live our art. Remember, buy quality over quantity, and cherish your pieces.
