We want you to be 100% confident when you purchase art-to-wear and home decor from our gallery. We get it – you’re perhaps new to buying  online and are having a hard time making a decision without actually trying the art-to-wear on, sitting on the coveted chair or seeing the gallerie’s products in-person. No worries.

CANCELLATIONS:


Within 30 minutes: we wait 30 minutes after you place your order before we start making it. Within these 30 minutes, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit or change your mind. If you have any questions about your order or have any doubts about your design, contact the artist IMMEDIATELY by email at ane@fineartbyane.com, who will be more than happy to help and can offer a full refund.

After 30 minutes:
 we handmade every product and personalize it to order, so as soon as we start production of your bespoke items, we have already invested in the ink, transfer paper, materials, and workforce time specifically for your order. If you wish to cancel after 30 minutes of placing the order, a mandatory 20% charge will incur. We usually print as soon as your order is placed on shipping asap. 

What are your policies on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

No-risks purchase. We offer store credit and full refund under the following rules. Please review carefully.

Remember that that my gallery is committed to sustainability and that is my clothing falls under the category of Eco-fashion and slow fashion. It is made to order, and one of a kind, therefore please order carefully to avoid wastefulness. Keeping that philosophy in mind, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund or a store credit  on everything except Original Art, paintings and prints. Clothing may be returned as long as the tags are still be intact. The clothing cannot have been worn except for trying it on, sullied or  damaged 

To get a store credit or refund, you must ship back the garment to the boutique within 5 business days. Make sure to get a tracking number. Make sure to ship back in that time frame.  Ship back using USPS, or any postal service in your country.

Any Items Purchased from Weekly Promotions are final sales. No returns. Final Purchase. No refunds.

Purchased with a Coupon. You may return or exchange for a full store credit any fashion purchased with a special promotion coupon. The store credit credit will be issued once the item is returned and received.

 

Full price Fashion - Art-to-Wear at No Risks

All wearable art is made to order and is art. We offer a full-refund or  store credit if an item does not fit you correctly, as long as the clothing is shipped back within 5 days with all tags attached and intact.  You may NOT wear the clothing. Any signs that the clothing was worn will nullify  the return and the store credit. If you wait longer than 7 days to return, no exchange or refund will be issued. Contact the artist as possible to make return arrangements.

If you ordered shoes, please measure your feet and size up properly. There are no refunds, but store credit will be provided, if the shoes are returned intact in its original packaging.

Please read the product details carefully. Don't assume because usually, you wear a certain size that it applies here. If in doubt, contact the artist.

 

Original Artwork and Art Prints

Original art cannot be returned or exchanged. Final purchase as it is.

 

Cost for shipping return

The buyer pays for the shipping cost of the return and the artist pays for the shipping cost of the new item and the exchanged item. You must return the item to get the refund or store credit.
